ACM (Alpine Construction Management)

ACM is a nation-wide Commercial General Contracting and Construction Management Firm based in Boise, Idaho, owned and operated by David Stauffer, a United States Army Veteran, who launched his business career as an accountant after earning degrees in both Accounting and Finance from Idaho State University.

Dave soon added a degree in Construction Management from Boise State University to his skill-set, and in 2005 he launched Alpine Construction Management.

His combined knowledge and expertise make him uniquely suited to successfully manage construction projects in commercial and industrial applications. Dave has worked in construction for over 30 years, and has managed billion-dollar budgets for large-scale projects. 

Our guiding principle is success together and we believe in working as a team.

ACM employees come from a broad range of construction backgrounds to ensure that we have the best experts focusing on the projects best-suited to them. We draw upon decades of experience to pre-plan projects in order to minimize physical and financial construction risks, enabling us to avoid pitfalls that have the potential to damage the project.

This means that our experts here at ACM, with our subcontractors and suppliers all work together with our clients: frequent communication ensures the best possible outcome.
